This is California’s former Senate President Kevin de León speaking publicly about members of his own family using false Social Security cards, false identification, false driver’s licenses and false green cards.

Stop and think about that.

California’s own law says the use of false documents to conceal citizenship or residency status can be a felony.

False Social Security numbers and fraudulent immigration documents can also violate federal law.

Yet instead of hearing about investigations into what de León publicly described, Californians watched Sacramento build an expanding wall of protections around undocumented immigrants.

AB 60.
SB 54.
Sanctuary policies.
Restrictions on cooperation with federal immigration enforcement.

Then-Attorney General Xavier Becerra publicly defended SB 54 and promised to defend California’s sanctuary law.

Fine.

Then answer the questions.

Who investigated the potential crimes Kevin de León described?

Were actual Americans’ Social Security numbers being used?

Who produced or supplied the false documents?

Were those documents used for employment, licensing, government benefits, financial transactions or government records?

Did any public official know specific individuals were using fraudulent documents and take steps to protect them from investigation or detection?

And here is my question directly to Bill Essayli and the United States Department of Justice:

Mr. Essayli, has Kevin de León ever been questioned by federal investigators about what he admitted publicly on camera?

Has anyone asked him which family members he was referring to?

What false documents did they possess?

Where did those documents come from?

Whose Social Security numbers or identities were involved?

If nobody followed up on those admissions, why not?

California is free to debate immigration policy.

California is not free to repeal federal criminal law.

A sanctuary law cannot make a counterfeit green card legitimate.

It cannot make Social Security fraud legal.

It cannot erase crimes committed against American citizens whose identities or Social Security numbers may have been used.

There is a major legal difference between refusing to help the federal government enforce immigration law and using state power to knowingly shield specific criminal conduct.

Where is that line?

And has California crossed it?

California put the felony in writing.

Kevin de León put the knowledge on camera.

Now tell us who investigated it.

This is the worst thing I’ve ever read, but it’s entirely true and accurate. For anyone who has expressed even the faintest sympathy for Lindsay Clancy: this is what you’re sympathizing with. It’s very obvious Lindsay Clancy fabricated “the voice” that told her to kill her kids and this case is about female privilege in the judicial system.

Today her lawyer tried to make the case that postpartum is FOREVER because it happens after a woman gives birth.

No one is denying the physiological changes that women go through after they give birth including their emotional state. You birthed a HUMAN.

Was his name really Barack Hussein Obama — or was it Jean Paul Ludwig? Let me explain.
After digging through records and old documents, something strange surfaced: the Social Security Number 042-68-4425, the one linked to Barack Obama, was originally assigned to a man named Jean Paul Ludwig — a French-born immigrant who came to the U.S. in 1924. He was reportedly given that SSN in March 1977.

Now here’s the kicker: Ludwig spent most of his adult life in Connecticut, which explains why his SSN begins with 042 — a prefix reserved for Connecticut residents.

Obama? Never lived or worked in Connecticut. So why would he have a Social Security number tied to that state?

It gets even more curious. Ludwig reportedly passed away in Hawaii, where Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, just happened to work in the probate office of the Honolulu Courthouse — with access to files of deceased individuals and their personal records, including unused Social Security numbers.

The theory is that Ludwig’s death was never properly reported to the Social Security Administration, likely because he never received benefits. That meant his number sat dormant — and accessible.

Some believe Dunham may have quietly found a number that belonged to someone long gone — someone not receiving benefits — and handed it off to her grandson, whose citizenship status has long been questioned by skeptics due to connections to Kenya and Indonesia.

And that’s just the beginning. If Trump — or anyone else — ever pushes past the birth certificate and straight into the mystery of this SSN, it’s going to be chaos. You’ll see heads spin on the left like never before. Because you can debate birthplaces all day long, but using a Social Security number that wasn’t assigned to you? That’s fraud.

This isn’t about politics. This is about the law — and the truth.
Let people make their own decisions, but they deserve to know.

🚨So here's the REAL story:

Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission.

Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile. The helicopter didn't explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in
Qatar by the CIA.

Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy.

It was the State Dept, NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.”

THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not.

Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo.

Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal.

So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya.

Forward this again and again and again until everyone reads the true story of Benghazi.

So California is losing hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue from people buying electric cars and not needing SMOG checks anymore

So the state is considering a new program called VSSI checks, Vehicle Safety Systems Inspection checks to be mandatory to make up for the money they are losing

This is what’s being talked about in the community of people who own SMOG check businesses, these are the whispers of what’s coming

The Vehicle Safety Systems Inspection was launched by the Bureau of Automotive Repair in 2021

Right now it’s not for all vehicles, it’s primarily required for salvage, rebuilt and reconstructed vehicles before DMV registration

It goes over things like brakes, lights, steering, suspension, tires, body structure, etc.

So the rumors are that Democrats are thinking about making this be the new mandatory check that will replace their SMOG revenue

California Democrats need to be removed. They keep doing insane things and you can’t vote them out of office because we all know they rig the elections

This check is what will likely be used later on to check your mileage for the mileage tax. I bet it’s all connected
