@HDFCERGOGIC dear hdfc ergo I have taken health insurance formlast 1.5 year from you .and this year also on emi scheme with standing instructions on debit card last 2 emi in Feb and March are not deducted by you and when I noticed and made concen to your customer care they are

Saying your policy is lapsed .what kind of conduct and service is provided by you in which on your fault i am being penalized and by all no claim bonus and riders will go on vain .this is unethicla and against irda regulations I hope you will take strong action on my complain
