Instead, Trump deliberately brought in Jared Kushner and other non-official actors without legal jurisdiction. That choice was not accidental, it was strategic.

It is a legal process.

If commitments must be honored, then so must mandates, authority, and accountability.

So a simple question deserves a clear answer:
On what legal basis were negotiations conducted with individuals without jurisdiction or formal negotiating authority?

Specifically, what mandate empowered Jared Kushner to engage in talks of this magnitude?
Did he possess the required security clearance and lawful authorization to negotiate on behalf of the President of the United States?

Equal standing is not rhetoric.
Mutual respect is not symbolic.
And durable agreements cannot be built on informal channels, unofficial actors, or legally ambiguous intermediaries.

Process is policy.
Legitimacy is non-negotiable.

What kind of patriot are you that you openly wish for a foreign attack on your own country. Shame on you. Have you learned nothing from Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, or Gaza? Foreign bombs do not bring freedom, they bring mass graves, refugees, broken nations, and generations of trauma. Calling Iranians “infantry” waiting for American or Israeli strikes is not leadership, it is moral bankruptcy. No real patriot turns his people into expendable bodies for someone else’s war.
