ویڈیو میں #پختون نوجوان رات کے اندھیرے میں پہاڑوں کے دشوار راستوں پر چلتے ہوئے خیبر جرگہ میں شرکت کے لیے پہنچ رہے ہیں۔ حکومت نے راستے بند کر دیے ہیں اور لوگوں کو جرنیل سڑک کے ذریعے خیبر جانے نہیں دیا جا رہا۔ ساتھ ہی ہم ابھی تک ہم اس کنفیوژن کو دور نہیں کر پائے ہیں کہ پختونخوا میں یہ راستے صوبائی حکومت نے بند کیے ہیں یا یہ بھی وفاقی حکومت کا حکم ہے۔ اگر یہ وفاقی حکومت کا حکم ہے، تو پھر صوبائی حکومت کے اختیارات کیا ہیں؟
