10 of our cadets had a great day at RAF Cosford competing against other squadrons in Staffordshire Wing.

[OC Staffordshire Wing RAFAC @OCStaffsWing]

Excellent day at Wing Athletics with over 350 Cadets participating. Especially impressed and proud not only in the standard of competition but with the sportsmanship and support shown to all competitors.

Very well done to @388Squadron who won overall and 395 Sqn who came second.

So very sorry to hear that we lost a young cadet to suicide this BH weekend. Devastating for all who knew and loved him. Please, Cadets and staff, speak up if you are feeling down; ask for help, it’s OK to not be OK. Help is at hand - just reach out.
