Joined 425 Sqn on their Virtual Parade last night. Amazing to hear about their charitable work during stand down. As a Squadron they have travelled 3342 km and raised over £1000 for Midland Air Ambulance and kept up their training.

Took part in the excellent Wellbeing and Resilience Workahop this evening with @351ATC + @1200atc led by Sqn Ldr Knell and @FSEllisRAFAC .A superb training experience underpinning the important of looking after yourself

Flt Lt Kelly served as OC 1206 Sqn for 10 yrs before joining WSO in 2019.

On 5 July 1949, British aircraft carried a record 2,315 tons of supplies to West Berlin in 24 hours.

The Berlin Airlift, which ended 70 years ago this week, brought in 2.3 million tons of supplies to the blockaded city of West Berlin.
