Looking forward to giving more insight and opinions into players across the world, wherever that takes me!

➡️ If you're part of a club and want to expand your team with a very good scout, just send me a DM. We'll discuss your situation and I can suggest several ways to cooperate.

➡️ As an aspiring scout, you can register for the next application process via https://t.co/4jdhRINhU9.

We tested 1,000+ scouts again, and found many top scouts looking for their next step, on 4 continents (but mostly in Europe). Here's what we did. ⤵️

💻 In the image, you'll see the location of the top 20 scouts in the process, tested anonymously (so without knowing which answer came from whom). We're now in the stage of meeting most of them in a video call to learn more about the person behind the scout.

Do you want to become a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁?

Every four months, we organize an application process. We don't look at cv, experience or network, but fairly test your skills with two scouting assessments.

🚨 We're looking for video scouts again!

And the good news is: we don't recruit based on cv, network or experience.

Instead, we use scouting assessments to fairly test your skills and knowledge.

The first test is now available: https://t.co/uE6wYWFsON

Only two days left to join the 360 Scouting Academy!

In this interactive environment, you'll get better and get noticed as an (aspiring) scout.

There are masterclasses, theory lessons, scouting tasks, portfolio building, and many more things.

Paul Simonis after being fired at VfL Wolfsburg: "There is one thing I would do differently: 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴."

This creates mutual understanding. Coaches understand that it's not that easy to find exactly what they want (and 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 they needed - more about that later). And the recruitment team better understands what the coaches need to strengthen the squad.
