It likely would cut right through the net, at least leave a sizeable hole for the next one. What they fear.../1

@ChungTzuW No doubt. If you notice, % of GDP spend has no correlation to wars ending. Most people don't understand big, high margin "strategic" R&D programs that tend to dominate in peacetime make defense establishment far higher margins than manufacturing arms.

After use granted, there were still restrictions. You need a tight kill chain / deep reach capability / enough volume to hit moving vehicles at 100 km out./1
