@TUIUK@TUIUK I have messaged you, Our holiday is within the next month and we would like this to be sorted in advance of our departure as our previous experience with customer service has been very concerning.
@TUIUK@TUIGroup Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from tui, have been downgraded from a 5 star to a 4 star hotel. No hint of compensation. Even though there are 5 star hotels available for us to stay at. Customer service is disgusting. YOU ARE BREAKING THE ABTA CODE OF CONDUCT!!!
