Running a business is tough and here is one piece of advice I would like to share - if your supplier uses #DHL find a new supplier
I am not saying the supplier is not good but in my experience #DHL can. It deliver parcels on time or correct day

@Plusnet the problem with my phone and broadband is now fixed and after having issues with customer services getting this sorted it was escalated and the person dealing with it was professional supportive and helped resolve the issue satisfactorily 👏🏻😀 l am happy customer again

@Plusnet spent the last five days given the run around and lots of misinformation. Told they now need to send engineer it will be over a week before we are likely to be back online #worseprovider awards winner I think 🤬🤬🤬

@Plusnet warning to other customers they reviewed my products as contract coming to an end - decided to stay with them but instead of renewing they cancel my business phone line and broadband and set me up with a new phone line which none of my customers know.🤬
