35 Days Until the @CSURams join the @pac12! ๐
For Day 35, we are remembering the most complete post-season victory in school history, when #17 CSU dropped 35 points on #20 Missouri in the 1997 Holiday Bowl! ๐ด๐
The night belonged to legendary QB and San Diego native Moses Moreno. Playing through multiple injuries, the WAC Offensive Player of the Year put on a masterclass in grit, throwing for 206 yards and 2 touchdowns to earn Co-MVP honors. ๐ฏ๐ฏ
Sonny Lubickโs squad won all three phases in the 35-24 win, featuring some iconic CSU plays:
๐ A 22-yard strike from Moreno to Corey McCoy, followed by a beautiful 47-yard bomb to Dallas Davis.
๐จ An explosive 85-yard punt return by co-MVP Darran Hall.
๐โโ๏ธ The ultimate dagger: a 23-yard TD sprint on a fake field goal by backup QB Ryan Eslinger.
The victory capped off a dominant 11-2 season, landing the Rams at #17 in the final AP poll and solidified CSU's place on the national stage in the 1990s.

@Coach_Sanford2@CHSAA Good luck with that - it took wayyyyyy to long to get the shot clock implemented. Although at least you get your state title games in a modern stadium instead of a rodeo monster truck barn.
Adam Silver wants to fix the @NBA from tanking, yet sticks his head in the sand on how horrible @NBAOfficial@OfficialNBARefs are. This is what is ruining the game, not tanking.
I've seen Dru Kuxhausen, Trent Harris and every Scottsbluff team since 2009.
Nate Kelley is the best overall player I've seen in a Bearcat uniform. Not the best shooter, Kuxhausen was and is that.
Kelley is the most complete of them all.
