Cleveland is doing away with minimum parking requirements for new projects in high-transit areas. Developers will have to support other forms of transportation instead. https://t.co/g2auZebt73
Exciting news! New colorful bump outs are coming to the intersection of 44th & Bridge in Ohio City -- right by @masonscreamery. This was one of the outcomes of the Mobility Study we helped lead with @ohiocitytweets and it will help foster community and slow traffic.
@NHTSAgov If case you need some inspiration:
NHTSA's new rule (as proposed right now) would still make this car eligible to receive a 5-star vehicle safety rating. 😭
TOMORROW is the last day to submit comments to @NHTSAgov about its proposed changes to the way we do vehicle safety ratings. (Important issue for pedestrian safety.)
We wanted to share our comments and encourage you to comment as well https://t.co/VRofJJPRTm
The Bibb Administration has been working hard to advance the 15-minute city vision, where basic needs can be met within a short walk, bike ride, or transit trip. This vision can create a safer, more attractive and desirable city to work, play and live in.

LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY. We're here to give you the tools & the facts on new federal regulations proposed by @USDOT to make vehicles safer for pedestrians. Join us w/ @schmangee, @saferoadsnow, and others on 7/19. RSVP: https://t.co/w9jMTmyPJv
NHTSA put out a proposal to rate cars for their safety to pedestrians, but vehicles that fail still get a 5-star safety rating. Do you think this vehicle is safe for pedestrians? Should it get a 5-star safety rating? We say no & if you agree, tell NHSTA ↴ https://t.co/uVWyGWIIxl
One point he made is they will make this framework available for free to anyone who wants to use it. (You do need to have the radar boxes to collect the data tho)
.@Matt_C_Butler of Devou Good foundation has been monitoring vehicle speeds in Cincinnati. They had to custom design the framework because the systems are designed for engineers and police (to sort of make it seem like it’s not a problem) he said #MovingOhioForward
