What a beautiful week in North Carolina with the best network around. 💙

The 2026 3RNET Annual Conference brought together incredible people from across the country for conversations about rural health, workforce, recruitment, retention, innovation, and the work happening in communities every day.

This week was a reminder of just how special the 3RNET network really is.

A huge thank you to the North Carolina Office of Rural Health for the way they showed up throughout the week and helped us create such a meaningful experience for our network.

We were also incredibly honored to have the Town of Cary proclaim August 25, 2026, as 3RNET Day. It was a pretty special way to celebrate 30+ years of 3RNET!

To everyone who joined us, presented, shared ideas, asked questions, made connections, and made this week what it was: thank you.

North Carolina, you were good to us. 💙

Next stop: Ohio. We can't wait to see you in 2027!

It’s officially 3RNET Day in Cary, North Carolina! 💙💚

This morning at the 2026 3RNET Annual Conference, Cary Mayor Harold Weinbrecht officially proclaimed August 25, 2026 as 3RNET Day in recognition of 3RNET’s work to strengthen healthcare recruitment, retention, and access to care in rural and underserved communities.

For more than 30 years, our work has been powered by people across the country who believe rural and underserved communities deserve access to a strong healthcare workforce. To have that mission recognized while so many members of the 3RNET Network are gathered together in Cary makes today especially meaningful.

Thank you to Mayor Weinbrecht and @@caryncgov for this recognition and for welcoming the 3RNET Network to North Carolina.

Happy 3RNET Day! 🎉
