@Empower_ae yous call center works 7:30 am to 3:30 pm in a country that now works 24/7...food delivery companies are more effective and efficient. What do you expect people to do after 3 pm on a hot day or gob forbid on a weekend....boil to death until they reach you?

@Empower_ae you manually cut services when bills are not paid, who still does manual work, and when we so pay we need to wait days for a technician to come reconnect it, how is this even still functional, what happened to auto service?

@Empower_ae prior to racing on competing with pioneer energy and utility service providers on being the best, maybe take a second look at your core, your staff and your outdated system. In a country that is ranking only the first your standards surely do not represent any of it

@Empower_ae I am amazed how you are a record holder when unfortunately ypu have the worst customer service I have encountered, Your system is not efficient nor are your CS staff and they do not posses the proper etiquette nor knowledge to answer a simple email or help customers.
