@T66901660@ciphergoth You may have seen this phrase in a book, but that's not the origin of the phrase and the "world to come" is not a Jewish construct. The religion focuses on the here and now, and our loved one's memory is a blessing for us, not some other world.
@SJEarthquakes So the moral of the story: don't buy tickets to the Clasico because the Earthquakes will come to your town and give you some for free. I wish I'd known that before I spent all that money.
@MamaNGRocks1@Fashiontweet I think you mean Kansas City, Missouri. There are very few Jews in Kansas City, KS. California is great if you pick the right places.
@ThomasSowell "Our glorious supermarkets will make your life easier with many fewer products. One kind of bread, exclusive New York special dough. One type of milk. You will save so much time shopping that you may not notice the prices have doubled!"
@loveswater69@devahaz Houses here in California cost double that, and most of us aren't rich. We bought the houses when they cost less. $2.4 actually seems pretty cheap for a wealthy DC neighborhood.
@secondamendment Difference between you and me, not "you and I" -- we're educated in California! And we do criticize Newsom (note correct spelling). What we don't do: come over to Texas threads and give you all grief when you're suffering. In fact, we offer help!
@RobertOsterInk I buy a lot of inks and read about your response on a pen forum. You realize that when you go off on someone for asking a legitimate question, you won't just lose that person's business.
You might want to rethink your approach to responding to customers!
