@Ask_Spectrum I was so excited to get spectrum when we first moved here, but you guys are absolutely terrible. Constant outages, slow repair times, and $40 more for the same service than suddenlink was in our previous location... 'Cept they didn't have 4 hour pages 5/mo.

@chrisballygk @IonaItalia @rasmansa It's not an "authority" at all, it's an aggregate of information that under best circumstances is properly curated by experts who are actual authorities on the topic contain in that wiki. Under less optimal conditions, the pages are drab and unreliable; you just get what you get.

1. He's affable; never underestimate the importance of being good at connecting with other human beings.

2. When people criticize him they tend towards takedown-style arguments against his shabbiness & do not combat his charisma.
