The solution to the problem of bandits
This is a small unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) that I built, and its size is no bigger than the palm of a hand
However, it can carry out surveillance โ ๏ธ๐ท
It has a small camera that can enter every corner and narrow passage to capture videos and photos without anyone knowing it has arrived.
After it captures photos or videos, those controlling it will be able to see them live
It will be very helpful in detecting forest bandits easily, especially for the military
Please tag security agencies and share
@yfe_embedded will be accepting a new batch of interns before the end of October
If you've been wanting to join our workforce and you've been eyeing this internship spot for a while, your time is close
Get ready to bring your A-game
Once the form is out, y'all will be one of the first to know, so make sure you're following me and you turn on post notifications on my page
See you soon ๐ฉต๐
Excerpts from our preliminary classes on Mobile Robotics...
Control engineering is what makes physical processes behave the way we want, from keeping a drone hovering at a fixed height to precision robotic arms.
Which control method are you currently using in your robotics projects?

It's a proud moment for the team!
@aurora_robots has been selected to join @AntlerGlobal Lagos cohort. ๐
Most people know Aurora for education. We've trained over 1,000 robotics and AI engineers across Africa and beyond, and our community now counts over 3,000 students and engineers. We're proud of that, but it's only part of what we build.
Our flagship is AEGIS SUBSEA. It's an AI inspection system for oil and gas pipelines that tracks the line and detects corrosion and damage as it happens. It works in shallow water, in zero visibility, and even where the pipe is buried. It's hardware-agnostic and sensor-agnostic, which means operators can use the vehicles and sensors they already have. Our team built it. We tested it in open sea in Spain on existing underwater vehicles and validated it with four European universities and international companies, which gives it both academic and industrial credibility. Now we're building our own custom ROV to run it.
Our second product in @AntlerGlobal is led by our brilliant technical lead Emmanuel Akingbade: Qorel, an intelligent industrial data platform. Qorel works with any equipment protocol. Through power cuts and network failures, it keeps processing, logging and replaying data. And with hundreds of sites in one dashboard, a manager can see and run the entire fleet from one place.
In the months ahead, our co-founders Aherobo Ovie (CEO) and @ThatRoboticsDev (CTO) will build alongside Antler's network of mentors, investors and founders.
If you work in oil and gas, pipeline services, FMCG or industrial operations, or know someone who does, we'd really like to hear from you.
Our inbox is open: message us on LinkedIn or email [email protected].

โTo build an accurate map of a room, a robot must know its exact position. But to know its exact position, it needs an accurate map.
โFor years, this caused a paradox.
The breakthrough came in 1995 at the International Symposium on Robotics Research. A group of pioneering researchers, including Hugh Durrant-Whyte, John Leonard, and Sebastian Thrun proved mathematically that you could solve both problems at the same time.
โBy treating both the robot's location and the surrounding landmarks as uncertain, probabilistic values, early SLAM algorithms (like Extended Kalman Filters and FastSLAM) allowed robots to build confidence in a map while navigating through it.

I put in my 100%,
You put in your 100%.
You might think it would be 200%,
You would also be right to say 10000%.
It all depends on how you combine it. Addition? Multiplication?
My father once taught me about the Laws of Synergy.
What can only one man really do?
And if he finds another, how can he make the union work?
I dare say, a hundred and another should be a million by my calculations๐
I gave my 100% and Oluwademilade (CT) is about to give his 100% on same track I once took.
May Aurora Robotics be at a million๐

September 10, 2025, changed Americaโs history forever.
One year ago, our founder, our leader, and our friend, Charlie Kirk, was assassinated while doing what he had devoted his life to: standing before young Americans and challenging them to think, to speak, and to have the courage to stand for what they believe.
There are no words that can adequately describe what this past year has been like.
We have had to learn how to carry on without the person who was at the center of everything we do. We have celebrated milestones that Charlie should have been here to celebrate. We have stood on stages where his voice should have been heard. We have watched his children grow without their father there to see it. And we have felt the weight of his absence in ways that never seem to get easier.
For the people who knew and loved Charlie, September 10 will never simply be an anniversary. It is the day our lives were changed forever.
Today, our hearts are especially with Erika, Charlieโs children, the Kirk family, and the countless people who loved him. No organization, movement, or mission can replace what was taken from them. We will never forget the unimaginable loss they continue to carry.
But we also remember Charlie for how he lived.
Charlieโs faith was at the center of who he was. He believed deeply in God and trusted that his life was guided by a meaningful purpose. Charlieโs faith in Christ was his armor, which no assassin could overcome. He believed in life everlasting, and it was this unshakable faith that gave him a courage that was impossible to miss. He was willing to walk into difficult rooms, have uncomfortable conversations, and stand firmly for what he believed because he wanted others to know the hope and truth he had in Jesus. Charlie died a martyr for Christ.
Charlie believed America was worth fighting for, that young people could change the course of a nation, and that speech would only remain free if exercised. Always leading by example, he was fearless in the pursuit of truthโno matter the cost. No one taught this generation how to fight the good fight better than Charlie Kirk.
Turning Point shares those beliefs and will never abandon them. Charlie never gave up, and neither will we. Turning Point will continue to grow and meet milestones that Charlie dreamed of.
Today, we are not focused on the chapter numbers, the headlines, or the accomplishments. Today, we remember an incredible patriot, a husband, a father, and a man whose faith gave him the courage to spend his life serving a purpose he believed was bigger than himself.
We miss him.
We grieve him.
And we will never forget him.
One year later, Turning Point remains committed to carrying forward the work Charlie began.
For Charlie. Always.
