@CHEAO254 @C_NyaKundiH I have used all three, The best in terms of performance and network steadines is Huawei, second best is Nokia and finally baicells. Only pro for baicell is that it has a inbuilt battery so its good for blackout prone areas or remote work.

@kijanamdogo1234 @C_NyaKundiH The Router itself can handle 3k mbps speed and no limit. The safaricom packages for example 50mbps for kes 4k has a cap of 1.5Tb. Once this cap is reached u lose access completely, unlike home fiber where the speed is reduced.

@C_NyaKundiH Safaricom Billed me for these 3 weeks and refused to issue a Credit Note Despite everything being communicated on email including suspension of the account for the period. A whole lot of bureaucracy (calls, mails, managers) and they still didnt reimburse.

@DominicGitauK @KRACare Hello,I had the same issue. A possible solution is that 1 use KRA Inv no instead of internal Inv No, 2 use etr invoice dates and not local inv dates number. After doing this hopefully it will accept.KRA , through automation have now made a simple process very complex & annoying.
