@Aramex I have been trying to reach you by email and phone re cancelled shipment and refund. I’ve already provided all details and it is now 4 months after the event & still no refund. 2 weeks ago I was told via X you would be attending to this & now silence again. Message.

@Aramex@hajarthegirl Do you actually do anything helpful even when you DM? You’re asking the same questions with no resolution. My refund has been pending 4 months and now you say another 25 days??!! Clearly you did nothing with the info provided months ago on X by DM!!
@Aramex I’ve provided ALL info and particulars many weeks ago. I was told it was being attended to but so far nothing & now you ask the same things by DM. YOU HAVE ALL THE INFO. REFUND PENDING 4 MONTHS.

@Aramex I cancelled a pick-up in good time and despite multiple emails and attempts to call, no ability to request refund until I posted here. After that you asked for bank details etc and said refund would be processed in days. Still no refund. What now?!
@Aramex In March I had scheduled a pick-up (Dubai) but cancelled due to Gulf disruption. I’ve emailed several times requesting refund. Getting through on phone is impossible. It’s now 3 months on. Could you help?

@EuropcarUK I have been charged roadside recovery (Dec from BHX) despite requesting nil additional cover on the app & on pick up. Customer Service is dismissive. I’m a repeat customer and not being heard. Hired in July & faced no issue but this time I’ve been mid-charged.
@hspropertydubai despite unsubscribing from WhatsApp & even calling directly, I receive junk WhatsApp messages. Very unprofessional & would not be my RE agent of choice
@InstaShopUAE I replied with DM as requested & yet nobody has tried to reach me. I have raised a safety issue about one of your drivers driving recklessly in a community with children, almost knocking 2 people at a pedestrian crossing. Surely that deserves a phone call!
