@Max_Lindblad@BishopWeyl That's usually the intention. These people love being abrasive so they can feel like activists under the illusion that they're achieving anything of value in their little culture war.
@GoathamTalks@chaoticdumbasz Thankfully we’re hopefully in a better timeline this time around. Cata for sure was a dumpster fire, and I cant wait for retail lore to fade into irrelevance.
@GoathamTalks@chaoticdumbasz The modern kaldorei society is founded on doing a crass 180 on arcane and maintaining isolation. You're correct that the games have never shown the nelves at large take a hard stance against it, but I think that is a flaw obstructing some fun stories that could be told.
@petllama@QuestTheLine Compared to Blizzard, the modding scene is well-endowed, if not outright superior already. The only problem is that talent likes to get paid.
@QuestTheLine Appreciate this a lot. Keeping these cities functionally on par with the faction capitals will hopefully help them not becoming dead on arrival. That said - tmog vendor?
@chewyeclipse My confidence in forever took a big hit when I read specifically that one. Its another very retail-coded idea in the vein of removing friction/identity.
@TheoryWiseOS To be truthful, I skip past all the glazing. I can judge for myself what looks good. And it doesn't provide much value as feedback. Your eloquent criticisms ("negativity") are what I want to be heard by those with the power to do anything about it. Skyborne in this case.
@AggrendWoW Not a fan how you brushed off the community’s concerns about the Skyborne as kneejerk reaction. They have borrowed lore and stick out, visually and narratively, got thrust into a world they dont know, and which didn’t know, etc. Its the Haranir all over again.
