These testimonies mean a great deal to us in the Ministry of Housing, not merely as commendations, but as a reflection of the trust that can be built when the government chooses transparency, accountability and openness. Our commitment to housing development under the @DapoAbiodunCON led administration is deliberate and unwavering.
From the planning and allocation process, to the experiences of beneficiaries, we are determined to ensure that people can see, understand and trust the process.
Interestingly, the feedback and subscriptions to the scheme are becoming more convincing by the day, with more people sharing their experiences and showing confidence in the process. We are not just developing housing schemes, we are adding more stars to the epaulette and reputation of Ogun State through credible, people-centred delivery.
For us, this is not about one housing scheme; it is about building a culture of responsible and responsive governance where development is visible, processes are transparent and citizens are treated with dignity. We remain resolute in our commitment to keep improving, keep delivering and keep putting Ogun state on the world map of good governance.
To our people out there, this is the time to get involved - don't sit on the fence; subscribe to our various schemes today and take your place among the growing community of proud homeowners.
The work continues, and we will keep delivering.

Nobody understands death more than those who are 1 leg in and 1 leg out.
People who hang themselves... Why do they struggle before they give up? Because during that process, death will torment you to the point that you will try to escape it but no U-turn.
Someone who jumps into a lagoon dont just fold his arms and drown peacefully... They struggle, they realize... Then they die.
Life is an adventure, let death come for you when it's your time.
Until then, go head to head with life.
Abeg, who can help confirm the traffic update on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway?
Google Maps seems to be confused at this time. 🤷♂️
Please, help a brother before I regret leaving my house. 🙏
HOW TO GET A HOME AT PRINCE COURT ESTATE, KOBAPE PHASE 4, DEVELOPED BY OGUN STATE HOUSING CORPORATION
Step 1: Get the application form from the Ministry of Housing.
Step 2: Pay for the application form.
Step 3: An invoice is sent to your email. Print it.
Step 4: Submit the completed, signed form along with the printed invoice at the housing office.
Step 5: Once approved, you receive an offer letter.
Step 6: Take the offer letter to Gateway Mortgage Bank
Step 7: Open an account with Gateway Mortgage Bank.
Step 8: The bank assesses your ability to pay.
Step 9: The deposit is at least 10%, depending on your profile. For diaspora applicants, it's at least 20-30%. People can pay more, but those are the minimums.
Step 10: The remaining balance is spread into a mortgage, over 15 to 30 years, depending on your age and ability to pay back.
Mortgage applications are processed within 2 weeks after you fulfil the checklist given by Gateway Mortgage Bank.
Interest rates for this batch have not been finalised.
On missed payments, missing 2 to 3 months is workable and may be considered.
Missing 6 months to a year is treated as abandoning the mortgage, and repossession kicks in.

On Monday, at the Federal Executive Council, our administration approved the most consequential reforms of the National Youth Service Corps Scheme since its establishment in 1973.
On the day I was sworn in as your President, I promised to create meaningful opportunities for our young people. I said women and youth would feature prominently in our administration, and this reform is partly the actualisation of that promise.
