🚨 Manchester United are prepared to incur more debt to build their new £2billion stadium.
United remain open to accepting naming rights for a new Old Trafford, which they hope to have open by the 2035 Women’s World Cup, at the very latest.

I see a lot of people don’t understand the difference between a better player and a greater player. The Ronaldo v Rooney United legend debate is simple when you understand football:
"Better" is about individual raw ability, skill and peak talent.
"Greater" is about legacy, longevity, loyalty and impact on club history.
Ronaldo is top 5 BEST players in United history based on pure skill, but he doesn't touch the top 7 GREATEST United legends. Rooney gave his prime to the badge. We move.
@umirf1 That might be right but the best players in history don’t stay subservient to a system when their team faces KO. Players like Gerrard & Bellingham are legendary cos they seize the moment regardless of the tactics or wider dynamics.
I’m seeing criticism around Bruno Fernandes’ World Cup but quality is emergent, it depends on the conditions a player finds themselves in. Bruno is as good as is for United but I explain why Martinez’s game model didn’t suit or allow him to play his natural attacking game.
The way Ineos brainwashed people into thinking "spending big is bad" just to justify penny-pinching is wild. They really convinced a section of the fanbase that "frugality" is the new elite blueprint. We’re in the middle of our most important midfield rebuild of the decade, and instead of signing established, transformative talent, we're stacking the deck with squad-depth players. The bar is officially on the floor.
We have two female NYSC corps members serving in our Office.
One is very friendly. She greets everyone, gets along with the staff, and people genuinely enjoy working with her.
The other can be quite rude. Staff members complain about her attitude regularly.
They’ll be passing out soon, and our boss asked HR to evaluate them because he wants to retain only one person.
The rude one is exceptionally smart. She joined the marketing department and has already closed a deal, while the friendly one is still learning and trying to figure out the job.
If they retain the rude one, she’ll likely produce great results, but her attitude is a major concern.
HR asked everyone for their opinion. Out of 10 staff members, 8 said they shouldn’t retain her. One person even volunteered to train the friendly one. 😂
Character is everything.
I know it's the minority view but got absolutely no interest in a new stadium build over a proper first team build. 20 years ago we had one of the best stadiums in Europe and these same owners let it rot. Now we have to find 2 billion to build a new one
