Great to see this important campaign getting the attention it deserves! What an outstanding community effort led by @FourthReserve https://t.co/OEFdcw39D2
Our Beavers have some very clear ideas about what they would do if they were able to use the Old Scout Hut and the beautiful Gorne Wood site again! Let's make it happen https://t.co/90Qh7ipOvN
The donations keep pouring in - there are some wonderful people in the world. This time it’s the 3rd Crofton Park Scouts who have organised a street collection and brought over 100 kg of donations for us. THANK YOU from all of us - this will make such a difference.
Thanks to everyone at Beckenham Fire Station for welcoming @3rdCroftonPark. The beavers really enjoyed learning about the work of @BromleyLFB in our community.

Lewisham Scout Sections had a great online tour of the Marine Policing Unit at Wapping. We learned about the gear, the job and what kind of skills the team need. Thank you to the team at @mpsonthewater! #skillsforlife
We welcomed Anna-Maria and Nik from @FourthReserve to Scouts this week.
There is a rich history of Scouting in Crofton Park, dating back over 100 years.
Our Scouts are engaged and onboard to return the Old Scout Hut to the community.

Sadly many #Lewisham scouts did not return from the war. In 1921 various memorials were erected to honour the fallen. In 1922 the 5th troop moved from 320 Brockley Road, now Kar Klinik, to the Courtrai road site and their memorial was lost around this time.
