@hantsconnect What a pity. Might be good for the councillors and the urban conurbations but in the rural areas we will suffer as we loose local democracy and the ability to shape our futures based on our needs as we become subordinate to the wishes and needs of the bigger settlements.
@ONS Poor headline. It may be true as towns and cities are centres of population. However, the 43% who donโt live in towns and cities are likely to have very much further to go and often no ability to get there on foot or by public transport. 43% is a very sizeable minority.
