Everyone talks about NVIDIA and ASML. Nobody talks about:
- Lasertec ($LSRCY). 100% monopoly on actinic EUV mask inspection.
- Axcelis Technologies ($ACLS). The #2 ion implant equipment maker and actively gaining share from Applied Materials.
- Disco. Cuts and grinds every advanced chip wafer (~50% share).
- ACM Research ($ACMR). Fastest growing cleaning equipment vendor.
- FormFactor ($FORM). Critical for wafer-level testing.
- nVent Electric ($NVT). Smaller than Vertiv and Schneider in thermal management but more focused.

It was a sign of "decline of Japan in the world."
Interestingly, the Nikkei used that reference for the US today.
