@MinuSushant@SamsungIndia I recently had a horrible service experience from Samsung, came to twitter to post complaint, but totally amazed by the sheer unprofessionalism of this bunch! And all we could see is scripted response from @SamsungIndia
@GoyalPradeepCA@SamsungIndia I am facing exactly the same issue. Customer care, even upto CEO mail is just a gimmick. All you get is scripted answers! If you look at the response of @samsung in this thread, you will notice its the same scripted message they give to any complaints raised over here! Pathetic
@KhandelwalKanhu @SamsungIndia@Samsung Agree with you 100%. They have 0 commitment to the customer with customer service agents who reads scripted answers. I think if enough number of us file a case together we can make crooks like this improve!
