You guys need to notify people by SMS when a booking is canceled and when rebooking discounts apply. I got a last-minute cancellation, and your messages ended up in the bulk folder. You guys need better notifications when a cancellation occurs. I spent so much money on Booking, and I wasted $$$ on long-distance phone support that was completely unhelpful. I'm so angry about the wasted time and stress. You should DO BETTER!
