The 4 Indicators I look for before buying into a company

1) Reliable Management Track Record

Management regularly makes good of their promises and timelines. Nothing is worse than having every reason to be bullish about a company just for management to delay yet another promise for a potential catalyst.

2) Not In Debt

Negative cash flow happens in fact $ABCL my most bullish company is negative in cash flow but they have so much liquid cash saved up to fund their research for years without feeling the pressure of being broke making them rush their timelines. However to me there is no excuse for being in debt though

3) Smart money Invested In Said Company

Peter Thiel one of my favorite investors is strongly tied into $ABCL. Smart investors with a good track record don’t waste their money on bad companies. Follow their investments not as a guarantee but as a final check to become more bullish.

4) Insider Buying

Personally the most reassuring feeling is seeing your favorite companies management team and members investing in their own company. They work on the project every single day and know exactly what’s going on and they are confident enough in themselves to invest their own money into their companies. The reassurance this gives me a great feeling personally.
