Thirty years ago, Australia took 640,000 guns from its own citizens and told the world that was the fix.

Now they’re coming back for 274,000 more.

That’s the part every American gun owner needs to pay attention to.

Australia already ran the gun control experiment. They already did the buyback. They already confiscated the guns. And for decades, American politicians have pointed at Australia as the model we should copy.

This is a high school teacher, she explains that her 15 year old students are completely lost. She says they don’t even know how to use a highlighter

She’s teaching American history and the principals of our country being established during our founding. She put the information into very easy to follow sections, because the students would understand if if she didn’t

She gave each a highlighter and said let’s highlight the important parts. The students couldn’t do it. They don’t even know how to put the cap of the highlighter on the back so it wouldn’t get lost

She says it’s so bad, if there is a picture in the book “you’ve already lost the student” they’ll just color the picture. She says one kid colored his desk orange

She says it took her at least 17 different times giving instructions on just how to use the highlighter….. these are 15 year old high school students

She has full health insurance but they denied the coverage to close the hole in her heart, saying it was unnecessary

After having multiple more strokes, she had to privately raise money from donations to afford the surgery, even though she has full health insurance

We need healthcare reform and we need it right now. It keeps getting worse and worse

“My insurance declined any coverage for a procedure to close a hole in my heart that has been causing me to have minor strokes. Their reason for doing this is my age and the amount of bubbles on my echo, and they said I am a low risk for reoccurring stroke events. I have been having stroke events since May 4th. Last night I did have another stroke event after being inpatient and admitted into a hospital for having a stroke event”

“Six days later, I had another stroke event, even though my insurance deemed me as low risk. Thankfully, with crowdfunding and private and public donations, I was able to raise about half of the $75,000 goal needed for the procedures and the hospital has allowed me to schedule the procedure”

This procedure is only about an hour long outpatient procedure but the cost is $75,000….
