We raise our own beef so I couldn’t tell you the last time we bought beef from the store.
If we could sell directly to our neighbors without all the government regulations then you would see the price of beef drop without having to import foreign meat.
No one should have to beg the government to exercise a constitutionally protected right anywhere in the country.
Thank you @RepDavid for cosponsoring HR 645, the National Constitutional Carry Act.
Excellent work by @JDVance getting Trump to take the exit ramp off the escalator to hell. Without him, it wouldn't have happened. Today, he proved his value to the world, but especially the American people who put their trust in him.
Republicans in Congress have decided to toss the midterms. They want to lose their Senate and House majorities. Then Trump can be impeached again. This will create baggage for JD Vance, and allow the chickenhawk war monger establishment to take power back, and do amnesty.
Since the founding until 1967, farmers could sell directly to the consumer w/o prior government permission. True farm-to-table. Now, they can't. Restore the right to buy food directly from the farm. Cut prices. Help farmers. Healthier food. #FoodFreedom https://t.co/8QV4AEQqTf
@TheLegalMindset Something like this would have to be very carefully crafted for it not be a detrimental to society as a whole. But I agree with the general sentiment, just not sure it could be done without causing more harm than good.
