Teleport is a transaction that makes multiple sells until the counter goes to its maximum, and then instantly buys all the tokens back.

Now anyone can instantly make the burn counter at 16/16 or 8/8 (depending on the current LP amount). It will cost you the gas fee and a bit of extra $ETH.

Extra ETH comes from the Uniswap V2 LP mechanism. If you sell X tokens, you would pay a bit more to then buy X tokens back. So this extra cost goes straight to LP!

This update makes the w4096 more relevant even at lower prices, because smaller traders would pay less tax on selling w4096 through OTC market.

A special discounted pool will be created at a random time in the future, so keep an eye on the app 👀

You can wrap/unwrap, create/join/buy pools.
Pool price follows the original 4096 price within the boundaries that are set in the pool (min/max price in ETH).
You can also choose to increase/decrease this price by % or fixed ETH amount while creating or editing the pool.

If you choose to create a private pool, that means only you can sell in this pool and no one else can join it. Also you will be able to edit min/max and additional prices of this pool in the future. Prices of public pools cannot be edited.
With private pools its also possible to set a whitelisted address. In this case, only the address you chose will be able to buy from your pool.

Taxes for OTC of w4096 are the same as in 4096, but they are reversed. That means when you buy, you get taxed 5%, but when you sell, you get the full amount of ETH.
If you got 1 or more w4096, you can unwrap it into 4096 and sell without any tax on Uniswap. There are no taxes for wrapping/unwrapping.

What does this mean for #ERC4096?
As it was explained earlier, w4096 is needed for the future of 4096. It may not be widely used now, but it ensures there are no upper limits to 4096 growth as anyone will be able to get a share of 4096 at any price.
In the next few days a "teleport" button will be released that at a low cost will instantly set the burn cycle sells counter to 16/16. If our LP will stay above 256 for a long time and people will use teleport often, w4096 market might become a good alternative to trade on.

w4096 is a token with 4 decimals exchangeable to 4096 by wrapping/unwrapping.

How will it benefit 4096?
1. 4096 tokens are not NFTs, though they are really close. As it was mentioned on X, it is a collision between ERC-20 and ERC-721.
So because they are fungible, it is important that people will be able to buy 4096 at higher prices. This is where w4096 comes into play, allowing smaller holders to get a part of 4096 token, and maybe eventually unwrapping it into a real 4096. It also creates an easier way to DCA with small buys.

2. w4096 will come with an OTC marketplace, where w4096 owners will be able to create their own pools or join the others. The price of the pool can be fixed or follow the market price of 4096 with an optional additional price (in fixed ETH or %).
If you're a whale, you'll be able to create an exclusive pool where no one else will be able to join. Parameters of the exclusive pools (min, max and additional price) can be edited at any time.

3. There are taxes on w4096, but reversed. On every buy there is a 5% tax (like 5% tax on every 20+ tokens sell of 4096), of which 4% will be burned. This burn directly benefits 4096, as you can only get w4096 by wrapping original 4096 tokens!
Note: it may seem like a buy tax is worse than sell tax, but there is really no difference. If there was a sell tax where sellers would get less ETH on their positions, they would up the prices to compensate it.

4. w4096 and the existence of OTC marketplace will allow more trading tactics for smart traders, thus just increasing the volume on both 4096 and w4096.

5. At the time of its release, this will be an exclusive platform for w4096. However, OTC marketplace can potentially be extended to accept any other token.

A detailed docs and the platform release will come after New Year. Then you can expect more updates that will target 4096 holders, such as: telegram integration, 4096 club and individualization of each token.
