@snarkytoo @funder @democracee @Marriott @MarriottBonvoy I'm unable to get a refund on a pre-paid booking that cost me $2369 because, according to the supervisor I spoke to, Marriott has no discretion over the decisions to refund made by individual hotels. So yeah, I do not recommend anyone EVER pre-pay @MarriottBonvoy for any reason.
