Hey @Roblox, my account Azazel2z (ID: 2395865645) was terminated for being linked to multiple accounts that violated Roblox’s Terms of Use. I've spent many years and thousands of USD$ on my account, The problem is that i don't own those accounts that i was terminated for being linked to and i've never seen the usernames before, yet I’m being told I can only appeal those accounts that had violated the rules. even though they aren’t mine.

I’ve tried appealing multiple times, but I keep receiving copy-and-paste responses that don’t address the actual situation. It feels like nobody is genuinely looking into the evidence or what I’m trying to explain. (i also did a video on this if you'd like to check it out in my post)
I’m asking if someone from Roblox could please manually review my case and reconsider my termination.

I was punished for the actions of accounts I don’t recognize, despite not being the person responsible for their activity. :/

I genuinely hope someone on the team sees this and gives my case a fair review. I just want a chance to have my account, and the situation properly investigated. ty

I really miss playing roblox its genuinely been so long since I've been able to play I really don't want to miss the new event..

This enforcement ban situation is really frustrating, because years of money and time has been taken away from me because someone else broke rules that I've never even seen before.

And I'm getting punished for it? Multiple accounts that I've literally never even seen before and don't own are being linked to mine that violated roblox's rules and now my account gets terminated for their rule breaking???

Day 16 since my @roblox enforcement ban ANDD guess what. I got 4 replies to my appeals and 3 of them were just the same. Atp i'll js give up soon cuz this support pmo and I fell like I have no chances anymore.

I lowk have a theory that everyone who got terminated bc of some unknown "@ro**" account actually got banned bc of someone with user "roblox_user" like everyone whose username was reset got a name starting with "ro", so the unknown "ro" account might not even be the same person

🚨 its been days since Roblox permanently terminated my account, JoaoDoxPaoGamer, on October 13 2026, for allegedly being associated with another account (AR****) that I do not own

Years of memories, dedication, and time spent on this platform were taken away from me because of an account association i strongly believe is incorrect, i never imagined that after all these years, i would lose my account over something I didnt do!!

I ve contacted roblox support multiple times explained my situation, and provided evidence only to receive repetitive, seemingly AI generated responses that fail to address my actual problem, my termination doesnt even appear under Recent Violations, leaving me unable to use the appeals system Roblox requires, Roblox Appeals claims to have reviewed my case, yet their response feels like another automated rejection with no real explanation or evidence.

Its heartbreaking to spend years being part of a community, only to feel completely ignored when you need help the most

I just want my case to be genuinely investigated and my account to receive a fair review, because every potentially wrongful ban deserves attention

Never gotten this kind of reply before, usually is declined. Not sure if they will actually review my ban

@Roblox Hey, Roblox, you should look into the safety concerns of users being linked to unknown alt accounts. My account, Aldwalo, and my brother’s account, Djlibra, were both banned because of an alt account we don’t recognize or own.
