@danhinvesting These people are falling victim to placebo effect. You gain 3lbs of water weight and if you’re sub 10% bf then maybe u notice a fuller look from the water weight. Slightly stronger if you’re peaked out

I’ve been on and off it for 20 yrs, zero ‘noticeable’ effect on or off.
