Dear @ASUSIndia,

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my ASUS Vivobook 15 OLED (X1505ZA) service case.

On 26 May, your authorized service center confirmed to me in writing that after a complete inspection and testing process, "no hardware issue was found" and the laptop was returned in working condition.

However, within just 4 days, the same laptop completely failed and I was informed that a "Main Board issue was found", with a motherboard replacement quotation of ₹20,353.

I have a simple question:

How did a laptop that was officially certified as having no hardware issue suddenly require a motherboard replacement only days later?

I have already escalated this matter via email to ASUS India leadership and senior management, along with all supporting documents and written evidence. Despite waiting for a response, I have not yet received any clarification regarding this contradiction.

As a customer who purchased this laptop in 2023 for approximately ₹65,000, I do not believe it is reasonable to be asked to bear the cost of a motherboard replacement when ASUS's own written records appear inconsistent.

I request immediate intervention from ASUS India management, a technical review of the case, and a fair resolution.

All emails, service records, job sheets, and quotations have been preserved and are available for review.
