These are called CCV trackers. I used to work retail in japan and we had them, they are mass surveillance disguised as wifi. It tracks who enters the store, and then if that person purchases a product or leaves. If you have your cell in your pocket it handshakes it, creates a profile, and then if you buy something later down the line, not instantly, it tries to match the cellphone with a card from data purchased from data collection agencies, if a match is made they then can build a full profile of you and what type of things you buy and how best to market them to you.

But also they sell that data back to the brokers and those brokes intern sell that data to ad firms and other stores, which then comes into your personalized ads across the internet.

I've been saying this for a while, and I'll clarify now. Havana Syndrome is just a side effect of agency efforts to boost people's cognition using remote neuroweapons and AI.

The real secret is that the population as a whole has more undiagnosed cases of Havana than the government does, but they don't realize their symptoms are Havana, nor do they know what it's related to.

All that talk of AHI is almost 100 percent of the time your government using neuroweapons on its own people. The ratio of brain injuries to the effective “transplant” of the tech makes all attempts worthwhile.
