@airasia Bo is the worst! Not helpful at all and keep saying it has technical issues. It has been hours! I need assistance for a ride cancellation! If this was an emergency, I would not be able to make it if Bo was the 24/7 assistance you guys are advertising.

Archaic terms and conditions should be relooked. How can services improve if we keep delays less than 2hrs as a means of standard? Services should be push better so that everyone strives towards a common goal on providing higher standards of quality. A relax attitude is not it.

@ktm_berhad needs to do better. Intercity train delays due to fault not caused by natural elements for more than 1 hour should provide some sort of compensation to passengers. And I don’t mean just food. Delays should not be the norm!!

@GrabMY Yes I know that but this not the fault of the driver as the feedback after the ride only applies to the driver. This is a feedback on the service of Grab making sure the standards are met.

@GrabMY Can’t find a place to give feedback so I’ll just post here. Recent ride using Grab Car Premium and the car isn’t premium at all! Not worth the price I paid for it. I seriously hope Grab can rectify this. Unlike Uber Black, your premium is bad!

@askrapidkl If the repair between Masjid Jamek and Bandaraya is going to take 6 months plus, please have louder announcements setup at Hang Tuah so we know whether the train is going to Ampang or Putra Heights. It is difficult to hear the megaphone from one end to the other.
