🟩แต่ข่าวดีคือ มีวิธี "วางแผนภาษี" อย่างถูกกฎหมายง่าย ๆ แบบนี้ครับ
.
1) ถือต่อ ยังไม่ขาย
ตราบใดที่ยังไม่ขาย ก็ยังไม่ถือว่ารับรู้กำไรจริง เลยยังไม่ต้องเสียภาษี
.
2) โอนกลับเฉพาะ "เงินต้น"
ถ้าขายแล้ว เลือกโอนกลับมาแค่ส่วนเงินต้น ส่วนนี้ไม่ถือเป็นกำไร เลยไม่โดนเก็บภาษี
(ควรเก็บหลักฐานให้ชัดว่าส่วนไหนคือทุน)

3) พักเงินไว้ต่างประเทศ ไม่โอนกลับ
ถ้าขายแล้วเก็บเงินดอลลาร์ไว้ในบัญชีโบรกเกอร์ต่างประเทศ ไม่โอนกลับมาแปลงเป็นบาท ก็ยังไม่ต้องเสียภาษี (ภาษีจะเกิดตอนนำเงินเข้าไทย)

4) อยู่ไทยไม่เกิน 180 วันในปีนั้น
ถ้าปีภาษีนั้นคุณอยู่ในไทยไม่ถึง 180 วัน จะถือเป็นผู้ไม่มีถิ่นที่อยู่ทางภาษี ต่อให้นำกำไรเข้ามาก็ไม่ต้องเสีย (เหมาะกับคนที่อยู่ต่างประเทศเป็นหลัก)

5) ขาดทุน (อันนี้ไม่แนะนำแน่นอน) ขาดทุนก็ไม่ต้องเสียภาษีอยู่แล้ว 🤣
.
⚠️ สรรพากรนับกำไร-ขาดทุนแยกเป็น "รายธุรกรรม" หักลบข้ามตัวกันไม่ได้
เช่น ได้กำไรจาก ASML 20,000 บาท แต่ขาดทุน Tesla 40,000 บาท คุณเอาขาดทุนมาหักกำไรไม่ได้ ยังต้องเสียภาษีจากกำไร ASML 20,000 บาท บาทอยู่ดี จุดนี้หลายคนพลาด

ทางเลือกสำหรับคนอยากลงทุนหุ้นนอก แต่เสียภาษีน้อยลง
- ลงทุนผ่าน DR (Depositary Receipt) หรือ กองทุนรวมในไทย ที่ไปลงทุนหุ้นต่างประเทศให้อีกที ส่วนใหญ่ได้รับยกเว้น ไม่ต้องเอามาคำนวณภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา
.
- ฝากเงินในบัญชี FCD (บัญชีเงินฝากสกุลต่างประเทศ) เป็นอีกทางเลือกแทนการไปลงทุน ETF หรือพันธบัตรต่างประเทศเอง
.
สุดท้ายแอดขอย้ำว่า ทั้งหมดนี้คือการ "วางแผนภาษีอย่างถูกกฎหมาย" ไม่ใช่การหนีภาษีนะครับ และกฎภาษีมีโอกาสปรับเปลี่ยนได้ ถ้าเป็นเงินก้อนใหญ่หรือไม่แน่ใจ

Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.

Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.

Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.
