We are taking part in #AlcoholAwarenessWeek which is all about the link between alcohol and mental health. Itโs all too easy for our drinking to creep up, particularly at times like this. Find ways to drink more healthily and look after your mental health: https://t.co/KyS5BdsReV
#WorldMentalHealthDay Please reach out to others today, whether you are in need or not. If someone asks for help, be there for them. We can only improve mental health together. #oneteam And do something for your mental health today too; you deserve it! #HeadFit@4BnREME
CFA took every opportunity to speak with the amazing people (of all capbadges). Such diversity creates the ever professional and capable organisation of 4 REME. He was so impressed with the craftsmanship of one of our metalsmiths that he awarded Cfn Pearce one of his coins!
We demonstrated some of the engineering skills that REME soldier-tradesmen bring to @3rdUKDivision. CFA even tried his hand at metalsmithing โบ๏ธ and then saw how the REME and @101_Log_Bde keep the punch in the Armyโs fist, by taking part in a complex vehicle recovery task.
