@SamaHoole As far as I am aware, ther is no accurate/reliable/repeatable science or method to correlate these factors. If you have something, please share.
@SamaHoole Fair, but... Could you suppose that, as medical understanding/ knowledge has evolved over decades, misdiagnosis or attribution would be possible or even likely? Would it be more or less likely than simply attributing modern unwellness to something as simple as "seed oils?"
@JonHartman77912@maddenifico For the millionth time, that's not how it works.
1. After 1/21 he was not the president any more. He did not have the authority to "keep them safe."
2. Presidential records are personal; like notes or diaries, not classified documents of government action.
Check your facts, bud
@DrOilUSA@SholdonDaniels "As the Government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquility, of Mussulmen..."
You really could not be more wrong.
@SpitalliLori@DefiyantlyFree "As the Government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquility, of Mussulmen..."
Get over it.
@AmiriKing The first amendment protects people from government action. Last I checked, Lemon isnt the government. Therefore, his rights might have been violated, not the church goers.
@addictcoaching@LangmanVince There have been reports of FBI HUMINT "informants" in the crowd, not "agents." Up until this administration, there was no claim of said informants acting at the behest of the admin. But even if there was, it would have been under Trump's first admin. Which means his desires.
@Andrew_unboxed@doctormalibu@RepNancyMace Yeah, I volunteered my life for my country. Unless you have something to counter that, sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up. Adults are talking.
@Andrew_unboxed@doctormalibu@RepNancyMace Your whole argument rests on a single kid's fear/discomfort? Goddamn, how safe are the closets/under bed spaces of the world?
@JoeyRiz@micah_erfan@RyanGirdusky It is most common for the governing entity to (outside of the absolutely most blatant violation) eat the cost/ punishment of a bad agent, which completely shields said agent from consequences of their actions. Which does nothing to dissuade them from the same course of action.
@JoeyRiz@micah_erfan@RyanGirdusky So yes, you are arguing that people here should have less than human rights.
I didn't say LE should be held to a high standard, I said they should be held to the "highest" standard. It is near impossible for the average person to effectively sue an officer if they are wrong.
@JoeyRiz@micah_erfan@RyanGirdusky Are you arguing that people in this country should have less than universal human rights? Are you arguing that law enforcement SHOULDN'T be held to the highest standard possible?
@Andrew_unboxed@ecelps_@doctormalibu@RepNancyMace No, they "legally" couldn't have. Being uncomfortable is not (legally) the same as being in actual fear of your life. Anyone who pulled the trigger in that situation would have gone to prision.
@JoeyRiz@micah_erfan@RyanGirdusky Should someone HAVE to sue to have their rights protected?
Fun fact, EVEN "illegal/foreign" people have a 4th amendment right under the law and constitution.
If you have to regularly defend and justify a "right" against your own government, then its not a right.
