🚨BREAKING: A Long Island community has removed several Pride flags from a local park after members of the American Legion raised objections to sharing lamp posts with veteran banners.

"I had the Pride flags removed last Thursday until a compromise could be reached," Northport Mayor Donna Koch said, according to News 12. Pride organizers are now demanding all flags be restored before the end of Pride Month.
