The CHIPS incentive from the DoC will support the research and development efforts of a new IBM company: Anderon, which will be America's first pure-play quantum foundry.
Started day too aggressive resulting in a small loss. Took a pause and waited for a clearer signal which came around 11:25. Scaled out as price moved. Held runners until morning high. Wiped out the loss and passed daily goal. It pays to side step revenge trading and take a break
