An interesting read, nothing but a sad thought that the Nigeria environment does not give room for such treatment.
Even when the company can afford such, they wouldn’t because the employee lost is just a tool to add wealth and they can’t be loosing wealth after loosing a tool.
my sister passed away while getting ready to go to work. she was booked off because she was sick but she felt obligated to go in because it was month end and that is generally a busy time.
@Sire_Sammi@Mautiin01 As a phone user that your forefathers did not invent, I believe you’ve seen some whites emulate some of our cultures just because it was upheld and practiced consistently. Use that same phone to search for African cultures that are flourishing in the western world.

@Sire_Sammi@Mautiin01 If you don’t believe in your practice, how do you want to grow and better it with consistency? 🌚
The westerners came and made us believe their practice and of course, we all see how grown and still growing it is.
Learn to appreciate and practice your culture.

This is just another reminder that there’s nothing like building and growing one’s business, no matter how small it may seem.
