25 yrs ago, X-Men TAS came out with one of the most audacious cartoons in network history. This AMAZING ep has faded into obscurity of the final season, but was one of the ballsiest, rule-breaking episodes of all time!

@ClassicShowbiz You really get a feel that these are actors making choices, not common in Sat morn cartoons. Thx for your work, Kliph. I think ur story of Jack Carter is iconic example of trying to explain internet to elderly; like Ted Stevens "series of tubes" level. Cheers

@ClassicShowbiz Especially loved your extra detail on the voice actors, they were so phenomenal and overlooked. I interviewed comic wr Peter David in 2001 an he lovingly recalled the JJJ voice "Parker!!". And Scorpion - that guy had a scary voice. Vulture was very unique

@Comichistorians @xmendirector While MP did have a failed Daredevil pitch in the early 80s, I suspect the character design was for one of DD's SpiderFriends cameos - he actually DID appear in the show aside from costume balls

@Comichistorians @xmendirector You know Alex, I actually have an original character design sketch of Daredevil for Marvel Productions in the early 80s, done by Russ Heath. I interviewed him in the late 2000s and showed it to him but he didn't think much of that part of his career

Now I'm back at college to take the last 3 classes to finish my journo degree & quoted it in paper on disinformation! Crazy!

@DonBluth Man, I loved that movie, saw it in the theater as a kid! It's my favorite of yours because so few animated films were willing to take such a serious, and dark approach. Would love to see a sequel!
