@robynrdobbins@ChrisPalmerMD I've been using keto for just over two years now, was able to get off my meds not long after.
During that time I have let my diet slip a few times and evey time symptoms returned.
At the end of the day this is a much better way to live than being medicated, that was hard.
@madbpd Good you are aware of it, so easy for it to go somewhat unnoticed.
I just realised I've been doing the same this month. Spending way too much money on starting a bunch of new projects.
No new projects for me this month, no matter how good an idea seems ๐
@MopGarden Still using the Logitech headphones I won on mop stream, just over two years ago, they get used almost every day. Best headphones I've ever owned.
@__alula I loved his note at the bottom or the readme for this project. Best attitude to have when you want to learn. "So don't be shy to tell me my circuits suck."
I really struggled to keep my ketone levels up while on keto diet. Especially after the first few months and after a year I was no longer seeing the benefits. (admittedly after a year probably wasn't sticking to the diet as strictly)
For the last two months I have been fasting, doing at least two 42h fasts a week sometimes more or longer fasts and the boost to my ketone levels has been amazing. I am constantly in therapeutic range. I have even been allowing myself some more carbs on the days I do eat and it doesn't seem to affect my ketone levels that much, which i thought was interesting.
I think if anyone is struggling with their ketone levels fasting could be worth looking at. It has been a game changer for me, feel like I've got my life back again.
