Why haven't delivery apps in Nigeria/Africa integrated LLMs/AI Agents into the core experience of their apps?

I should be able to go on chowdeck and say, "I feel like having something healthy for lunch" The agent goes and finds me something and comes back to me with options and all I have to say is, "cool, I like x" and it goes ahead to execute the order.

This will make the ordering experience go from multiple clicks to just 2-3 prompts.
