18-year-old Narendra Kumar from Uttar Pradesh, India, was rushed to the hospital suffering from severe weight loss, chronic stomach pain, and vomiting.

During surgery, doctors were stunned to discover a rare parasitic twin, a fully formed but undeveloped fetus complete with hair, teeth, and bones, living inside his abdomen. The parasitic twin had been growing inside him for 18 years, sustained by his blood supply after being absorbed during early pregnancy.
