@updowneq What about caffeine? I was a huge coffee drinker and that was 80% of his problem. I had to stay away from soda and tea as well.

@updowneq Okay... my little guy used to scream like this. It was torture for both of us. Turns out he was super sensitive to literally *everything* I ate. I worked with his Pedi to work out a diet. I couldn’t even eat chocolate! 😳
