@gkanapathy @GergelyOrosz Google's own postmortem calls out specific zone identifiers. So either the postmortem they (evidently) painstakingly reviewed with everyone from marketing to legal is wrong, or you're wrong.

@mygeometrosucks @wsdot_traffic It was literally botched maintenance from December - the contractor apparently has never heard of weather forecasts and cut this panel but didn't replace it within 2-3 days like they should have (but of course, WSDOT's terrible contact with them didn't cover this)
