In the span of one day I successfully:
worked out, went to physical therapy, dedicated two hours to networking like I told myself I would, got my eyebrows waxed for the first time in 10 years, and my personal favorite: took out (and separated) my recycling
7 lbs down as of today 🫡 I’ve always been incredibly insecure about my arms and what they look like. The first photo is from last May, second photo is this morning in the gym (not flexing).
So proud of myself.
Addiction to cortisol can look like:
- chronic patterns of high level conflict in relationships
- never being able to sit still (always going)
- over scheduling yourself
- finding yourself in 'drama' regularly
- lack of boundaries
